How would Some one go about becoming a member at your Clubhouse?
A potential member should visit the Clubhouse during normal business hours and receive a tour to see if the Clubhouse would be a benefit to the person, then they will be guided through the referral process. A minimum of a Medicaid or managed care insurance card (in most cases) is required for admission. If the potential member wishes to seek employment through the Clubhouse, a valid and current Pennsylvania Photo ID / Driver’s License is required before seeking employment in our employment programs. (For payroll purposes)
History:
Union Station has been in existence since 2002, with our first Transitional Employment Placements added in 2004, since the first two placements, we have expanded several more, including the Supported Employment Program.
