Current Board Members

Sarah Hurst

PCC President

Since 2016, I have served as the Program Director of Tempo Clubhouse in Lancaster, PA. I have experience as a Clerical, Employment, and Education unit staff in two other Clubhouses as well as experience in other non-profit work. My strengths include my knowledge and experience with Job Development and Supported Employment, and building community relationships. I've served as the PCC treasurer since 2019. I am excited and honored to be able to represent the PCC in this new role. I want to see Clubhouses in every community across Pennsylvania and I'm committed to doing everything I can to move the PCC mission forward.

Ralph Kabakoff

PCC Vice President

I've worked at a  Clubhouse in some fashion since 2014. I started working at Tempo as a Psych Rehab Worker in 2014, left and joined the Advisory Board of both Tempo and Mosaic in 2016, and in 2020 became the Director of Hope Springs Clubhouse.I'm a really goofy, passionate and competitive person and I'm excited about yet another role I get to experience within the Clubhouse Model. I was excited about being on the board to pursue structural changes that can make PA Clubhouses even better than they already are. I want our state to have the most Clubhouses again and I want all of us to work together to share and improve our programs

Rachel Stoltz

Secretary

I am a staff member at Square One Clubhouse in Lewistown and have been working at the clubhouse for about 4 years now; I started in our kitchen but I now work in our Colleague Services Unit. Clubhouse was my first "professional" job right out of college and I have enjoyed every day of it. I have attended the 2 week colleague training, our PCC seminars, and recently had the privilege to attend the Clubhouse International World Seminar in Baltimore. I am also working towards becoming a faculty member for Clubhouse International. Additionally, I am a part of our auspice agency's (Community Services Group) Diversity and Inclusion Committee. I am super excited to be a part of your executive team for the PCC and I am ready to support this coalition so it can be at its best! Don't be afraid to reach out to me if you ever need anything!

Kelsey Kinkade

Treasurer

I became interested in a more involved role with the PCC actually at the suggestion of my colleague, Kim Phillips, and with the support of our director, Amy Lauria. I am excited about the opportunity to dive deeper into connecting with our state's awesome Clubhouses and all of the wonderful people that come with them!
